Oh dear Lord please reschedule! Your focus should be on your family and if they don't understand that, that's pretty atrocious38981928 wrote:Has anyone rescheduled their JS1? My grandma was just hospitalized and it's not looking good for her so I feel like I might not be in the best state to be interviewed this week. I have been preparing and I feel ready, but if it's the type of interview where they might throw in curveballs or try to trip people up (I've seen some posters mention "interesting" questions but no clue what that really means) I don't know that I would be in the best mental state for that.

sorry to hear about this. they should definitely be able to do that. i think many other schools enable applicants to reschedule through an automated process (where reschedule weblink exists on their scheduling web system and you could do that yourself) and they may even have sth like that.tinycatfriend wrote:Oh dear Lord please reschedule! Re: Harvard Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
So I already had my JSI a few weeks ago and I sent in a resume update to admissions this week. Can that delay the decision process at all? I assume not, right- they'll either add the new resume to my file or they just won't?
I am aware this might be a neurotic question. Finals are getting to me, lol.

Latest JS1s come by what time? This is longest they have been between js1 waves this cycle.rachelac wrote:Not yet but last week's went out at like 2 ESTforumls wrote:No one reported js1 today?

this probably means they're discussing the first several waves of js1s and the first wave of js2s should come shortly!!

Hopefully! I think after the interview the application has to be reviewed/approved by a faculty member (read this in an interview with Jessica?). Not sure how long that takes.mrsharveyspecter wrote:this probably means they're discussing the first several waves of js1s and the first wave of js2s should come shortly!!

At the info session I attended they told us that all apps are reviewed by a faculty member; no one is accepted without being "OK'd" by a faculty member.black_mirror wrote:Hopefully! I had an interview in Mid-November and my application status check still reflects the date it was completed, which was the end of October. Is this normal?

Is it possible there may be another (JS1) wave later this week? I've heard that thus far, they've usually come out earlier in the week.

Going through the list from last year there seemed to be a few Wednesday and Friday JS1s, so hopefully.zhyunjc wrote:Is it possible there may be another (JS1) wave later this week? I've heard that thus far, they've usually come out earlier in the week.

Spivey has some cycle data for those interested. Still early, but seems like apps and scores are way up this year. Ensue panic:
