Based on last year's thread, it looks like the first wave of folks didn't include scholarship info, then the next two waves (which were the following days I believe, but not sure how that'll shape up with the delay this year) included scholarships.
I mean within the first day - can we expect more emails to come out today or is that it?

Are Columbia and Chicago allowed to do this on the same day? Or did someone at Columbia watching TLS see that Chicago was releasing decisions and have a “hold my beer” moment?

Congrats to the admits! Still waiting anxiously in CA.

Ohh, I see. It's unclear because, normally, there would be one Wednesday wave, one Thursday wave, and one Friday wave. But it got shifted this year, beginning on Thursday, so I don't think we can be certain.

If we haven't gotten an email yet we probably won't hear today right?

Congrats to all the acceptances! But like, should I be getting worried now? Nobody is a shoo-in at Columbia, obviously, but I thought I had a pretty good shot (180/3.95, Columbia undergrad, went complete mid-November). I haven't even gotten an interview request. I'm getting quite anxious haha

Judging by prior cycles, money starts tomorrow or Monday. Hold tight.

Yes, you are 100% getting in. Money hasn't started yet which, for you, I'd say is pretty significant - there was no way you were hearing on the first day anyhow. For me....ehhhh but hey, they accepted like 5 people (that we know of) today so there has to be more coming tomorrow, both with money and without.

Didn't get an email today and am very worried, stats are above 75th, but I don't think high enough for any big scholarships and I interviewed in November and submitted in September. Super bummed :/

Don't be bummed! Last year, Columbia rolled out acceptances almost every weekday starting 1/18 and ending 2/7. Like I said above, this was a super tiny wave and is no reason to be worried!!!

I'd guess yes, but this application cycle has been one big ball of surprise

I'm also barely above both 75ths and feeling a little unloved, but tomorrow is a new day.

Can I assume that today's wave is over as of now?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
