Decided to pay GULC so I could continue consideration on these waitlists. It was a tough decision, but I'll still give it a few more weeks before I throw in the towel.

I'm wondering if you told Penn or NYU about this deadline to pay GULC another grand. If you did, did they have any fucks to give or were they just like "Sry lol".

I don't. Soul cycle is hellish. They require you to participate in a class for their interviews, even if it is in corporate.
I was also in worse shape in those days. I couldn't walk for days.

I think they would not give you any where close to your Duke offer, since they are reportedly out of funds. But things can change for you in the next few days.

I suspect NYU typically wouldn't match an offer from Duke anyways? They'd consider it sure, but I can't imagine they'd match it? They might not have funds now, but some should open up depending if people drop I imagine.

I sent them all my offers and they didn't give me a cent.
