I was also accepted today! GPA>50, LSAT>25. Offered small scholarship. I noticed on the attached PDF discussing $ that it says that those that are awarded scholarships are not eligible for grants. Does this mean that you are not eligible to receive FAFSA? Or you are just not eligible to receive need-based merit grants from the school?

Re: UC Hastings c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Need-based grants and merit-based grants are two different things. But in this case, it means that the school isn't giving out need-based grants to scholarship recipients. This has nothing to do with your FAFSA eligibility, as FAFSA isn't giving you grants (which you don't have to pay back), they are giving you loans (which you do have to pay back).nkbee wrote:I was also accepted today! Complete 1/6

Anyone know how long after decision rendered it takes to get the email/snail mail?!

Does anyone else's status checker say it will take 10 days? I was looking at past posts and it seems like it said a week for people who got in...
Feeling nervous... I wish they would just tell us!
