Also above both 75ths and also went complete early February. I got an email two weeks ago saying I was under review and then received my decision two days later. So once you've received the former, the latter should promptly follow!07marie05 wrote:Anyone else still stuck at complete for a crazy long time? Been complete since early February and still not under review. I'm above their 75th for both LSAT & GPA so I really expected to hear something by now. Are they just notoriously slow or should I be concerned?

I've been under review for exactly 2 weeks - will I get another email notifying me that my decision will be rendered soon? Or will the next notification I get be my decision?

Now the impatient wait for me is for $$. Almost two weeks and nothing yet.

I wore a blazer for Emory ASD and I definitely felt overdressed, FWIW. It's also warmer in the ATL right now, so that could have been why.circle.the.wagons wrote:Is a blazer normal attire for asd or is that too much? I can't remember what people wore when I went to cardozo

Hi all. Just went into review after 40 days of being complete. Stats above 75ths.Law2020hopeful wrote:Law2020hopeful wrote:I'll let you know when I go into review as well! I'm happy to see BC's scholarship offers meeting (if not exceeding), those of BU. Anybody else notice this? And yes, I am accounting for the slight difference in total coa between the two.

Has anyone heard word about merit awards this week? I was admitted 3/9, and had expected to hear something by now.

I was admitted around then and have gotten my merit award. I got 105k, do y'all think it will be possible to negotiate up? I'm in at UVA, Duke, expect to be in at Cornell.hethebearded wrote:Has anyone heard word about merit awards this week? I was admitted 3/9, and had expected to hear something by now.

Has anyone successfully negotiated with BC, or are they not budging this cycle?

I'm trying to decide how long to wait to start negotiating. I've gotten into a few lower T13 schools (duke, UVA, expecting to get Cornell), but so far am not seeing any money from them. BU also gave me 90k. I don't know whether it's better to start negotiating now to try and make sure I get to them before they run out of money, or to wait a week or two and negotiate then (when I will only be a few days from the deadline for Deposit 1). Thoughts?

I was put on the waitlist about two weeks ago. My LSAT is a 162. I was PTing in the high 160s and broke 170 a few times, and am sure that I'll raise my score in June.
I'm writing a LoCI to BC. Should I mention that I plan to retake in June? Or would that cause them to put my app on hold until that score comes in no matter what?

Also, I have a campus visit planned for this coming weekend - should I wait to write my LoCI after the visit? I could include tidbits about why I loved the campus, the faculty, etc. if I were to wait. Alternatively, I could write a LoCI now, and then an additional follow-up after my visit. Any thoughts? In not sure about the LSAT question but Spivey might have answered a question like this in his thread if you wanna search over there. You can also ask him, just keep the question General and not about BC specifically.jkbenergy wrote:Also, I have a campus visit planned for this coming weekend - should I wait to write my LoCI after the visit? As for this visit, definitely write one after the visit. That's always a old idea to include visit info. I wouldn't write a LOCI and a follow up...you don't want to bother them too much.
Good luck!
