Should be a link under 'checklist' on the Admitted Students' Portal.

I'm sure UW Law notified y'all, but I just wanted to plug this event for Friday evening with AG Bob Ferguson talking about blocking the refugee ban.

He already did a special event just at the law school. This is just for the rest of campus. 8)

Saw this today and freaked tf out! Love the last name match lol. I feel like she'll honestly try make LSAC stuff more transparent. She's apparently already considering more LSAT administrations/year, and hopefully future test takers will have the luxury of actual score release dates

Very curious about this decision-making process for her. She talked about going back to teaching when she stepped down, and wanting to stick around potentially. Since she's not, either something changed or she wasn't being forthcoming right away about her intentions.

Oh, our new interim dean is Professor Anita Krug. I like her, she's a good professor. She seems well-liked by other faculty, and she previously served in an administrative role.

Interesting indeed. But considering the former LSAC president and CEO passed away in September, the search committee was formed shortly thereafter, and Dean Testy announced her departure in February, it seems unlikely that she received the offer after announcing her departure (Feb. 17, 2017) and before the obvious date (May 9, 2017). If that was the case, that's extremely fortuitous but also not surprising considering her accomplishments, and maybe the search commission was drawn to her after hearing she stepped down. who knows...

I feel like she was probably still considering her options around the time of her departure announcement. I mean, you gotta announce you're leaving as soon as possible so people can plan. But it's not as necessary to provide a blueprint of your future plans for everyone.

But you're right - we'll never know. I'm just happy for her :)

Did you read my other post about this? viewtopic.php?f=7&t=270095&p=9900144&hilit=housing#p9900144

There are some studios with shared kitchens that you could pre-lease in the u district if you want to do that. But otherwise, most places don't pre-lease for the fall. You'll have to decide something much closer to your move-date.
