Did group interview on 2/17. Sitting at two weeks to the day post interview with status checker still at "Application Conplete", ASW trick not working, and no email regarding WL or rejection. Will update when I receive a decision.

what's the typical time between an alumnus interview and a response / asw success?

I'm so sorry if this has been asked before, been trying to follow but work has gotten in the way. Is there a difference between an alumni interview invitation and a group interview invitation? I imagine both are good signs in the chance toward admission. If anyone has more info on interviews, I'd love to gain insight. Thanks so much :)

Same here.

One issue for me is I changed my app from regular decision to ED on the day of the interview. Could mess with my timeline.

Is GULC notorious for favoring splits one way or another? Are they known for being more forgiving of a low LSAT or low GPA (provided the other exceeds their standards), or neither?

Like most schools, GULC likes splitters more than reverse splitters. In the past 5 LSN cycles, GULC took 67% of 3.0-3.5 / 168+ but only 23% of 3.86+ / 155-162.

Whats the difference between them? Do they pick through one group first?

SPWL > PWL > WL, however they may not pick through one group first before another. For example, if one year they need several more high-LSAT splitters, they may take them from SPWL and then PWL (while passing over the other SPWLs).

On the Preferreed WL here... Is it entirely unrealistic to expect to get ANY kind of money if I am chosen to get off of the PWL???

There is good reason for that. GPAs are very sensitive to UG school and major. The LSAT is more indicative of your real potential, and if you actually care. Anything less than 163ish and you didn't even give a real effort (just my opinion, that's how I would view it as an admissions officer)

how likely is it to get off the preferred waitlist for a reverse-splitter?

How do I know if I am on the preferred waitlist or the special preferred waitlist? In the email I received, it said I was placed "in a special group within our Preferred Waiting List." And is that better than being placed just on the preferred waitlist?
