damn that's rough, you're in at cornell too right? Only thing i can think of is they accepted too many people and are waiting on some withdrawals to let you in if you really want it, or yp.

yeah but I want to stay in califorina
I would write a LOCI and stay on the list, most people with your stats would be getting either 120k or 157k from USC and I'm sure some major money will open up when people withdraw. Clearly you do not have some major flaw in your application if you got into Cornell, when did you send in your apps was it by mid January?

I have ever so slightly better stats and got into USC with 157k and got WLed by Cornell, where I actually wrote a why X essay. Haven't even touched Cali soil in my life so that is weird that we had flip flopped decisions on what we'd have preferred
You've never been to Cali but yet root for the Chargers?

I had a cruel childhood that left me rooting for a team with horrible ownership without geographical excuses for doing so...
You'll be able to see them play in person now! (If you go to USC)

Is there a specific form to fill out for scholarship negotiation or has everyone been emailing?

I will go to no sporting events.
