Got the call from Kelly about 30 minutes ago. I'm still in shock. I Interviewed in early Feb.

Congrats to everyone else who has had their JS2, and for those of you still waiting, I'm sending positive vibes your way!

Congrats!

Yo we'll get through this. It's gonna be alright.

I know, we're just on the precipice of that awful point in time. That said, I'm extremely happy for everyone who has been admitted!!

It's not over until you are rejected. Just keep that in mind.

I genuinely feel really sick now. At the outset of the cycle I was super confident, but now I'm not at all.

I'm email option as well.

Does anyone know if emails are done at a later time than phone calls?

95% sure they are.

I'll take a JS2r's word as gospel. Bless.

How do I know if I'm email or phone option?

+1 wondering this too

You're all probably phone. I explicitly opted for email because I'm overseas on travel (but a domestic applicant).

When did we choose this?

It's a coping mechanism and has nothing to do with objective reality. Once I learned there was a JS2 wave my mind flooded with negative thoughts because I was afraid to be let down. Gotta power through it!! The day is barely halfway over

No, was told it wouldn't be updated until later today, about 5PM EST.

You don't choose. Phone is default. I literally emailed HLS and told them to contact me by email only.

Yeah, but it's been about three hours since the wave started. I don't know how long of a wave we should expect.

I just called and they said all decisions will be made by April 1. So even if you're not in this wave, you'll find out one way or another. Though I'm guessing the odds are higher that we'd be rejected or WL the closer to April 1 we get...

If this is the last wave it'll be pretty long. If it's not the last wave, you live to die another day. How does that sound buddy?

I was WL last time I applied without a JS1 and somehow that felt better than it feels right now...
