Just send them an email. They updated my app when I sent them an email earlier in February. (Hired for a new full-time job and had an article accepted for publication.)

What are your backup plans? If not H, where are you leaning towards? (I'm guessing Columbia??) Or re-apply next year?

Applying next year will just be harder because of the gre. More apps. Same spots

Yeah, anybody that is seriously hoping has great options at other top schools. Depends on money, but I might do Columbia, Penn, or Northwestern.

Columbia or Chicago but also there's some full tuition choices further down the list so still have to weigh out factors
