He said that I can expect results starting the end of December. Others on the forum said beginning of Jan, so not sure what to expect.

Hi all! Might be a bit behind here, but does the status change from "complete" to "under review"? Or just straight from complete to JS1, etc.

JS 1 today as well!
In other news, I think figuring out my Skype ID is going to be more time consuming than the actual interview

Re: Harvard Law c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Had JS1 earlier today. Same as what has been said here earlier, the interviewer was very friendly, probably the friendliest one yet especially compared to UChicago.
Four questions:
Tell me about undergrad
Why law and why now
What would you contribute to the Harvard community
What resources at Harvard would you use if you were admitted
Then had time for a few questions.
All in all was max 15-20 mins. Super brief. Said that first admissions are in late Dec/early Jan but that people find out later. He said there was likely no correlation between the date of the JS1 and when you find out - it depends on when they review your file including the interview notes that the interviewer wrote up.

Not sure if taxman had the same experience, but I talked about things like why I chose my undergrad specifically, what I've enjoyed about it, how I've liked the majors I chose, and other things like that. I talked about specific experiences and memories I have, organizations and activities I've taken part of, and my relationships with professors etc. when talking about my majorpotterotter wrote:What do you mean "tell me about undergrad"?taxman14 wrote:Had JS1 earlier today. Sorry to pile on, but what did they mean by resources? Does that mean buildings? Prestige? Classes? Clubs? All of the above?taxman14 wrote:Had JS1 earlier today. Essentially what I learned or what wasn't apparent from my transcript/resume. Typical question.potterotter wrote:What do you mean "tell me about undergrad"?taxman14 wrote:Had JS1 earlier today. Stunned at the quick turnaround. More stunned that it happened period. Cool beans
