2016 TLS Data:
- UCR1: ED2 candidates did not go UCR1 until the day of the deadline (Friday, Jan. 15th). After the weekend, the staff had off on Monday, the 18th for MLK.
- UCR2: ED2 candidates went UCR2 on the 19th - this was Adcomm's first day back at the office. Notice how close UCR1 and UCR2 were.
- Decision Days: Friday, the 22nd (just three days after UCR2 - and all acceptances); Monday, the 25th (WLs, dings; I see no acceptances on this date) and Friday, the 29th (More acceptances, WLs, and dings)

If we are to assume that they'll follow a similar pattern as far as timing (I presume they want to wrap up the ED2 people quickly to return to Dec. LSAT taker RD apps), next week is going to be a big week for ED2 people.

2017 Predictions:
- UCR1: Tuesday, January 17th
(Actual: Applicant on TLS went UCR1 on Friday, Jan. 13th)
- UCR2: Thursday, January 19th
- Decision dates: Friday, January 20th (Ambitious), Tuesday, January 24th, Friday, January 27th, and Monday, January 30th.

Weird q but trying to be prepared for anything!
Does anyone know the stats regarding getting deferred ED and then accepted or rejected?

ED2 peeps, I feel like it's just us running the Penn thread now... I think that WL/Ding purge from the other day cleaned house.
I can't believe they tweeted decisions and then followed up instantly with a blow to ED2 peeps. I'm sad.

if anyone from penn law checks this thread... I want to THANK YOU for keeping us sane by letting us know when the next decision wave will be. Sincerely, my calmed anxiety.

I went under committee review on January 3rd, would I receive my decision on Monday? I applied in early December.

No. you still need to go under review at least once more and if you're ED2, you won't hear on monday as per their twitter.

In the same boat. I'm hopeful but I'm not gonna be holding my breath because so many people have been waiting at UR2 for a lot longer.

I saw that tweet too and am confused... maybe just read wrong? If ED2s aren't getting decisions in the wave Monday then who is getting those decisions? :|
