Just went complete. Submitted my app on the 4th, so that seems like a pretty good turn around.

I mean, I'm looking to practice in a specific market so I applied to one school below t14 (because regional pull is super real), but I get it. Might feel douchey, but you worked hard to be a top applicant, and the anxiety is... a bit much.bartlettadmin wrote:RIGHT THOUGH?? Whoa - not worth getting circumcised over. LOLmm2368 wrote:I AM WAITING FOR A JOYOUS EMAIL FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA?

Let's talk about approximate timelines (for RD) here:
- complete --> UR1 = 1 month
- UR1 --> UR2 = 1 month
Is this right? I tried to look at the spreadsheet from last year but I think it has been resorted again and so the dates are not concordant.

Re: Penn Law c/o 2020 Applicants - Pending is better than a Penn ding
Timeline didn't happen for me; complete to UR was about a month, yes - but my UR2 was a week after my UR1. UR2 to decision, however, has the greatest degree of variance.lawbatman wrote:

Took about a week for me to go from complete to UR1, then about 6 weeks from UR1 to UR2.lawbatman wrote:Let's talk about approximate timelines (for RD) here:

Edit: Also an RD applicant, submitted late November.

I don't think Thursday is a sufficient condition for a wave but w/echristinaxcarrie wrote:Yes, on Thursday...which is tomorrow, because as you pointed out, today is Wednesday.proteinshake wrote:oh, I thought you were trying to say there's an impending wavechristinaxcarrie wrote:I know what day it is, I do have a calander...proteinshake wrote:people are going to think this means a wave is coming today. also it's Wednesday.christinaxcarrie wrote:Admissions Thursday...eeeeeeeeep!!!

I think the fact that Penn themselves said they are putting out decisions on Thursday makes it pretty sufficient but w/eproteinshake wrote:I don't think Thursday is a sufficient condition for a wave but w/echristinaxcarrie wrote:Yes, on Thursday...which is tomorrow, because as you pointed out, today is Wednesday.proteinshake wrote:oh, I thought you were trying to say there's an impending wavechristinaxcarrie wrote:I know what day it is, I do have a calander...proteinshake wrote:people are going to think this means a wave is coming today. also it's Wednesday.christinaxcarrie wrote:Admissions Thursday...eeeeeeeeep!!!
