Their office has just been super responsive and Dean S is more than willing to gab on the phone with you about concerns.

I can't get onto the ASW website but am trying to book my flight to/from ASW. Is there any way someone could screen shot the schedule? Or PM me? I can't seem to access the website right now. I need to figure out possible flight times.

I didn't save the schedule, but the RSVP form has the following events. IIRC, there are campus tours on Thu morning, and there's only the brunch and not much else on Sat.

Thursday 03/16: Welcome Lunch
Thursday 03/16: Evening Reception Celebrating Diversity
Friday 03/17: Breakfast
Friday 03/17: Lunch
Saturday 03/18: Admitted Students & Alumni Brunch

I can't access it either.

Edit: I want to say that the first activity is at 11 AM on Thursday. But I could be wrong.

Thank you! I vaguely recall reading some language about only being able to get the travel subsidy if you attend one of the days (which I'm guessing is Friday). Can anyone confirm this? Also, does anyone recall the time of the Saturday brunch?

Yeah I remember reading language about if flying in, you should aim to arrive before 11AM, but idk if that was a guideline, or when activities start. I tried to look the same thing up but couldn't get into ASW, so I just found a flight the night before.
