How long after receiving the acceptance call did you receive the offer email? (Dean Faye said she would send out the package that same day when she called.)

I didn't. In the email Dean Deal said she had tried to call me on my foreign number, but when she couldn't get through she sent the decision electronically instead.

You can email the admissions office. Template I found online:
