+1, but do you think that these holds come at different times today? Or are we safe for now?
And assassin good luck in Chicago! It's an amazing school.

Looks like they have come in waves once a day previously, I think some individual cases of holds reported previously but don't think any would come today

I'm sorry :( you are still positioned in a great spot and I'm sure with persistence you can get through to them.

For those of us on Hold, does a campus visit do anything helpful? I live in the city so it wouldn't be too hard, except, yknow, I have a job.

they won't meet with you personally - but the visit would at least give you some fodder for a strong LOCI!

End of October, interviewed in December, a smidge below medians

I feel like I should 100% be in this wave of holds if they aren't going to give me an answer by like tomorrow....

if that's legit, it kind of makes sense why they hold/reserve so many people

Joining the Held pile! Submitted in early December, interviewed mid January. Just frustrated we won't hear until April. It's the only thing holding me back from depositing at NYU...

As the days tick on, the probability that I will be the first person in 5 cycles to get waitlisted/rejected from Columbia keeps rising.

Lol. This cycle will be the death of me.

At least you're in at Chicago! The way my cycle's going, I'll be the first 175/3.5+ to experience a total T6 shutout
