You'll be good in what you have. Probably don't even need the slacks, tbh. They won't see your pants
Yeah I went suit jacket/tie, no pants (personal preference). Just don't stand up. Or do?
you're a legend

Interviewed the other day (pantsless) as well. Gotta agree with the other people on here on it being stiff and awkward. I would honestly believe that I bombed it based on my interviewer's lack of reaction/conversation to what I was saying but I'm holding out hope because people had similar experiences.

I submitted early Jan (right after Dec. scores), went complete 1/20, and have been stuck on "Complete" since. Is a 2+ week lag between complete and UR typical?

Same boat here.
That puts three of us in this boat. Complete 12/14, UR since 1/5, nothing since. Starting to get a bit worried about Ruby chances, knowing that they award them at the end of this month

Anyone have any predictions as to when the next round of decisions will be?

Been waiting so long I've forgotten if I've checked in already

Submitted 12/5
Complete 12/12
UR 1/23

Been trying not to obsessively check the status, but I noticed there is a decision status and decision status date section that's blank. Is that always there or should I expect a rejection?

They've always been there and are reserved for decisions.
