I know it sucks, but I think you'll just have to wait until tomorrow. I think someone who had a similar issue with ASW was able to log on at midnight, if that's any consolation. Good luck guys

Welp, I'll definitely be awake and checking at midnight ET lol.

that's what a netflix binge is for. start a new show, and it will be midnight before you know it.

I feel you. Just try to think of it as more of a notice that we'll be notified tomorrow.

As I was waiting for my status checker to load, I wasn't sure if I wanted it to say UR or DLS. On one hand, I'd still be UR and wait for god knows how long. On the other hand, I'd be part of this DLS/DNS anxiety/torture.

I'm glad I'm still UR and hope I'll be in a normal wave. Good luck all.

What is the typical time lag between going DLS and getting an email (assuming acceptance)?

Well, it depends. It seems that sometimes ppl go DLS late in the afternoon/early in the evening (I didn't see the DLS until like 6/6:30pm ET) and in those cases, decisions aren't actually sent out until the following day.

I mean, I feel like if it were automated, it wouldn't have mattered that the DLS happened so late in the day. I'm thinking that we'll have to wait until folks are back in the office.

Thanks for the kind words, and yes I did! But now I'm worried if NYU won't take me, why would HLS? Bah.
