Meh. Whatever happens happens.

Sybill, you've got a great contingency plan. Everything will be fine :)

It objectively is a great contingency plan but unfortunately not so great for me. NYU really is my dream so it's hard not to worry when rejects start happening :(

They're not sharing that information if they did.

Sorry to hear if that is indeed the case. If I remember correctly you were a date changer this week right?

Took people over 3 hours to get ASW yesterday. It's not over.

My status checker just says "Application under review", with a status date of 3/20/17. I applied on/around deadline 2/15/17. Is this what people refer to as "UR1", or is it different?

If thats the first date you've seen UR, then yes, you're UR1.

last year there were a few random people accepted towards the end that weren't tuesday. you never know. also, could be first waitlists. today in 2016 was the first day of those.

it's impossible to track historically, but if you go in and you see your status checker say Under Review for the first time, then you're UR1. Then if you go in and it still says under review but the date has changed then you're UR2. and so on and so forth for every new date

Ahh. Well I didn't check the status checker at all until April, so I could be URanything.

Still UR1 since 12/2  . This is just becoming ridiculous, my Northwestern deposit deadline is before I will get a decision from NYU.

Yeah, I had to request three deposit deadlines because I'm still waiting on my initial decisions for two schools that I applied to six and a half months ago. One school denied my request

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
