I checked status, indicating "decision made". The decision is sent by email or snail mail? Finger crossed.

Waitlisted too. So disappointed that I am both higher than median and just got waitlisted.

Sent a LOCI - do you think we can expect any confirmation of receipt or status checker change? Or just an eventual decision

I just got a reply from when I emailed, said the exact same thing the wait list email said. I'm tempted to reply back and ask if there's ANY type of date or vicinity of time range even just a LITTLE bit just to give us an idea...I have to move out in 3 weeks and it's either going to be Madison or Chicago..so thats fun

We could hear back as soon as May 2nd to as late as the first day of class this Fall. It's fully dependent on which admitted students withdraw and when they do as well.

Got a reply/confirmation that my LOCI was recieved. Also, coworker of mine took her son on a tour and was told that the UW system, undergrad and grad programs, are shifting towards 'preferring' out of state students because the tuition is higher so they get more $$ to make up for cuts elsewhere. Surely seems about right..

Not to go completely political, but nothing like cutting $250 dollars from the University and then turning around and spending $250 million on a new nba arenabananagram5 wrote:Thanks Scott Walker!EmFocker wrote:Got a reply/confirmation that my LOCI was recieved. Glad you guys said it because I was nervous about getting political, but yep big round of applause for Scotty on another job well done. The gift that keeps giving.

Thanks mukol - have you decided where you are going?mukol wrote:I'd like to give a shout out to everyone in here. I'm out throwing in that withdrawal in the next few days. Should be some nice $$$ for someone else to scoop with reconsideration, and maybe a spot for someone off the waitlist.
I hope you all find happiness wherever you end up.
