I want to ask but I don't want to come off sounding stupid since I can't say I'm getting a better deal elsewhere
A) This question is probably more appropriate for the admitted students thread, viewtopic.php?p=9263665#p9263665
B) From the Admitted Students website:
If you have concerns about your scholarship award:
We understand that financial considerations are often a significant factor for an admitted student in deciding which law school to attend. While we do not have a matching scholarship program, we are committed to mitigating financial concerns for those who are truly interested in studying law at UChicago and are happy to learn more about your circumstances. You may request a review of your financial aid package by emailing email@example.com. We will send you a link to an electronic form where you can provide additional information about your situation, including other scholarship offers that you are seriously considering. We will review these requests in late April. Although we simply do not have the ability to adjust all scholarship awards, we are still very interested in discussing your situation and alleviating your concerns as best we can.
