Re: Harvard Law School c/o 2018 Waitlist
I am definitely depositing at a second school, and would be very happy with an acceptance (Institutional loans are a godsent to internationals like me). At the same time the international aspect means I cannot ride the waitlist too long (I think July 1 would be absolute deadline when I could accept)

Re: Harvard Law School c/o 2018 Waitlist
I think I will also deposit at another school and ride the waitlist out basically until the bitter end. Im a reverse splitter so likely will be retaking the LSAT and that might motivate taking a year off and writing off my deposit.

Checking in! I got into my undergrad off the waitlist so I'm hoping for a repeat performance
c/o 2017 had a really neat Waitlist spreadsheet in their thread...how do we feel about copying that?

I'm definitely riding it out to the end. I'll be that person who goes to cambridge 5 days before classes start because of a last minute August acceptance haha.

Pretty stoked to be checking in as I expected a rejection. I'll be depositing at another school but riding the waitlist for the long haul.

Awesome, thanks for taking the initiative and making the thread! I'm unable to edit the table though :/The thinker wrote:the link in the OP is to a shell copy of the c/o 2017 spreadsheetFour Winds wrote:Checking in! I got into my undergrad off the waitlist so I'm hoping for a repeat performance

riding it out. most not likely attending, if given the chance, for logistical reasons. as all of us special snowflakes know, it would be nice to know i turned down harvard.

Checking In!
Props to The Thinker for making a spreadsheet when we were all to lazy to do it. Want to add a link to the 2017 waitlist thread as well?
I'm depositing at my second best option (likely CLS) and riding this out to the bitter end.

Checking in. Barring a miraculous full-ride from NYU or Columbia, I'm definitely in it for the long haul.

Can I suggest changing the WL for the lines "at/above GPA" and LSAT to be those numbers - those who are at/above both GPA and LSAT. I just think it will make the analytics clearer.

Just got the notification about the waitlist today. Couldn't be more excited! Still have to see how long the fiance and I can ride the wait list.

sorry, I probably should have been clearer, I mean the individual (above LSAT or GPA) should be displayed as number of people with lsat/GPA above median - (minus) those who are above both.
so if you have a sample of 4.0/120, 4.0/180, and 1.0/180 it shows up as:
above LSAT : 1 33%
above GPA : 1 33%
above both : 1 33%
where as it currently is:
above LSAT: 2 66%
above GPA: 2 66%
above both: 1 33%
