For those who submitted pre-Dec 1, is your UR1 date 12/8? It seems like several people have that UR1 date but UR2 and decision seems sporadic.

Hmm, maybe it's all more sporadic that I thought. I guess I've just heard 12/8 tossed around frequently.
Meh. Who knows what's happening.

seems that general consensus is that outside priority track, duke takes a while.
