Yeah just send a normal withdrawal email.

Thanks! The deposit isn't refundable, is it?

Non-refundable. But if you do matriculate it will be counted toward fall tuition.

Did anyone else get their merit award randomly bumped?

I didn't deposit and had a previous award...they sent me a letter yesterday offering me another opportunity to deposit and doubled my original offer. Wonder what's going on!

Same. 50% scholarship to PT program with 1 week to decide. Wondering if they didn't hit their medians/class size.

Hey all,

How do I go about withdrawing from GW? I don't see any formal instructions on the Admitted Student Portal. Do I just e-mail the Admissions Office and say I will not be enrolling?

Thanks!

Yes, I got the same email. It was the first WL email I've received from them though.

GW student who finished 1L a couple of weeks ago - more than happy to take Qs discussing the good (and the bad) if you'd like to PM me. It is a great school to go to (if the $$$'s right) --- good luck to those who are still WL'd!

Also, they keep wildly increasing the incoming class size, so if you are dead set on attending, prepare for the effects of that.
