The question is, would you go to happy hour only for good news? :P
Good point. I guess we can drink to celebrate, or drink because we're still waiting.

I know it's probably not the case, but could it be that Cornell is waiting for the June LSAT scores to come out before they decide on some reserve people. I know that some people- including myself- have retaken the LSAT for a possible edge on waitlists. Any thoughts?

Interesting theory. Could be, but I guess I'm just wondering what makes this year different from previous years where they made decisions in early-mid June, then presumably reevaluated people with new LSAT scores in July.

Yeah I was thinking it didn't follow any recent trends. I guess I'm just being hopeful for my own sake haha

I didn't take the June LSAT (currently in limbo), but maybe some other people still on reserve did?

Does anyone in this new wave of updates have a median or higher LSAT?

any idea how long it usually takes to get a waitlist/ding email after the status date change?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
