Just got an update a few minutes ago. Regular Waitlist. "Class Full. Few if any offers in the next month. Will update again no later than July 3."

got same e-mail, and was "special" group on PWL. responded by finally withdrawing. good luck to anyone still hanging in there!

I almost did the same thing but pulled back. Figured I'm already in DC and can stay through mid-august so I might as well stay on, send a perfunctory e-mail or call every couple of weeks and maybe sneak in.

I tend to agree. If the classes look full and you're getting solid deposits at a certain point I'd think you'd want to cull back your waitlist a bit.

Received a phone call from admissions asking about my level of interest and "if I'm ready to come to Georgetown" in case I'm admitted in the next couple days. Looks promising! FYI, I too got that next update is July 3rd e-mail.

mid 160s / 3.9 GPA The reverse splitter love really does seem to be true. Sent a quick "yes I'm interested" when first waitlisted and then a longer LOCI in late April both via e-mail.

Hmm... A lot of movement on lawschoolnumbers lately. I assume most of them are just people that had decisions months ago and are just now getting around to posting their numbers. Also, I am calling shenanigans on one of the "accepted" applicants, just not buying it.

Submitted my withdrawal today. Hopefully one of y'all gets it! Stats: 164/3.86, submitted February, placed on regular WL, in mid-April, admitted mid-June. One LOCI sent in April.

I was hoping someone would have some insight into my particular situation. I received an email on a Friday around a month ago from the director of admissions, gauging my interest and asking that I get back to them by that Monday morning at the latest. I replied immediately, saying that I would attend if offered admittance. I never received the June update email and haven't heard anything since. Does anyone have any idea what's going on or have any advice about what to do? Thank you so much! I'm a traditional splitter so I think I may just be out of luck this cycle.

Get on the phone and call Georgetown. They owe you a verbal response after sending you the leading email. At least make sure they didn't go on vacation and forget about you!

They admit people off the waitlist all the way through August, so I assume another generic update
