I received the same letter (large packet the day before) and thought the same thing. They seem to be very organized and strategic with their admission process. Hopefully we all hear soon! I applied Jan 7. Still waiting.

Sounds good. Yeah, I received three pieces from them this week and I have also been waiting since the beginning of January. Now, I would love the "golden ticket," but not really an expectation unless they would like a non-traditional students who will single handedly decimate their median scores (in a negative way).

Received the same letter and I have also already received my admittance package - so maybe they send it to everyone who has actually submitted an app?

I think Richmond calls as soon as you are accepted. This was the case for me anyway. Does anyone know how generous Richmond typically is with students at their median? I know their average award is pretty generous, but I am wondering how likely I am to get decent money with a 161/3.5. The wait until March is KILLING me haha

I wish they'd send me all this stuff after they sent me an acceptance. Especially when you consider they do not have a status checker. This is just cruel.

I'm a 1L at Richmond now. Am I allowed to post here??

I had a 3.6x/160 and got nothing.

Dean Rahman does call for the acceptance. And if you miss her call, she'll just keep calling.

They are crazy about mail. You can probably just throw it all out. Some of it doesn't even apply to you (ie upcoming study abroad). Dean Rahman should call if you're in.

This is just ONE days worth of mail from Richmond Law! I suddenly find myself wondering how much they budget each year for postage?

I'm in! Dean Rahman called me last night with the good news. As far as the mail goes, I received two postcards on Saturday and my third view book today.

For all those admits, what were your stats like? I applied early February with 3.63/161. Somewhat decent softs...Master's Degree, 2 publications in academic journals, brief time in PhD (left early b/c it was not for me...which ultimately might hurt me)...anyway thoughts?

I was accepted 162/ 3.3. Have pretty excellent WE and LORs. I applied late Feb and was told by Dean I'm getting $$ but haven't gotten my packet yet
