The tuition free aspect is of only minor appeal, and I fear that the program would feel, in effect, like remediation more than anything else. I just would feel strange underloading in the fall while most other folks are cranking at full course loads. Not sure if that's some dumb pride thing or what.
Is it meant to be an exclusive offer for advancement for some while a condition of admission for others others?
If it's free and you have the opportunity to move in early wherever you want to live do it
It's not remedial, you just take contracts I (I think) early.
You'll only be "under loaded" for one semester, but you won't even feel like it. It's only a 2 credit course and you'll still have legal writing which feels like 5 credits at time.
It probably won't give you a huge edge, but why not take it and get it over with?
Plus you'll be done with finals in the fall a few days earlier
