I did too, but it was personalized to my background as well which was 180.dp714 wrote:App Complete: 2/6. 167/3.49
Accepted: 3/6 with $78K! Woohoo!
Btw, did everybody get a handwritten message from the dean with their acceptance letter? Its nothing major, but it was thoughtful, since he mentioned stuff from my personal statement and letters of rec.
I applied late November and have heard back already, but not on the initial round, so they may be holding your app.goldgirl786 wrote:When did you guys go complete, the ones that were dinged? I'm sure I'm a ding, but just wondering if mine will come later since I wasn't in the first batch of "dings."
Applied early November...don't know if being an Emory alum helps. I'm hoping so. Maybe. Ekh...

Yes, same here... Do you have a science background? I'm a Biochem guy. The note said it to check out their IP program, as it might be a good fit.Attax wrote:I did too, but it was personalized to my background as well which was 180.dp714 wrote:App Complete: 2/6. 167/3.49

So an email notification is sent before the snail mail?linkx13 wrote:I'm assuming there are a lot of people in the "am receiving admitted student emails but have not received mail yet" boat?

If I can negotiate more scholarship money, they're a top contender for me! I love Atlanta, I'm not super keen on moving, so it's a good choice for me if I can make it worth it financially.STLtoATL wrote:So who all on here is committed to Emory Law or has Emory as their top choice?
THey sent you a package??!Ambraj17 wrote:In! With 66k scholarship offer!
Emory is my first (of hopefully many) acceptances!
Completed the application on March 1st, got my package via FedEx on March 6th (actually, March 5th but it was sent to the neighbors by mistake).
By package I mean FedEx Express envelope with acceptance letter and a welcome packetbourgeois wrote:THey sent you a package??!Ambraj17 wrote:In! With 66k scholarship offer!

Any merit scholarship offers are included in the acceptance letterelideep wrote:Yeah that "update" email. I mean. Update: you applied. Anyone know if Emory issues money decisions with admission? If not, I'll be waiting forever to decide. Not helpful.
