Based on last year's thread, I think there's a semi-decent chance the first batch of decisions go out tomorrow.

I called them a few times trying to fish for some information. The guy on the phone told me yesterday that they "had started reviewing the files this monday". Only assurance he gave me was that we would find out before X-mas.

Likewise... can't wait to hear back. Although now that I am accepted elsewhere, it's not quite as nerve-wracking!

yeah..Houston is a top choice, an NECESSITY..once i got into Houston everything else is bonus !

I'm really wanting to hear back as well. As a Texas resident, Houston is a top choice!

SMU is this for me but assuming I don't get into SMU, Houston is my next choice (also assuming no miracles happen and I don't get into UT obviously).

In via email today. Status also changed to admitted today. It says a formal letter is in the mail. Doesn't mention scholarship, so not sure if that's included.
