Our class is 172. The incoming class had about 180ish seat deposits, not all of whom will attend, and was only projected to be about 140-150.
What this means: there will likely be very little WL movement. If you have other offers, I suggest you seriously consider them. If you're set on UIUC for whatever reason and can afford to sit out this cycle, retake, bump up your LSAT and re-apply.

Our class is 172. The incoming class had about 180ish seat deposits, not all of whom will attend, and was only projected to be about 140-150.

Who's class was projected to be 150? 2016 or 2017? Did 2017 have 180 deposits? I really think the fact that the deposit was only $250 encouraged a lot of people to lock in while they negotiate elsewhere.
