Decision mailed 4/16 exactly 12 weeks after I applied
How long before it will show up on fedex? Or should I already prepare for a ding?

I'd give it 24 hours.

Has anyone from the April ASW got their travel reimbursement back yet? How long did it take for the March people?

Took about 3-4 weeks. Make sure you followed the instructions in the email and confirmed the address they are suppose to send it to!

That's the same complete date I have. I called and we won't be getting decisions until May. Does Vanderbilt's status checker actually change or does it stay at complete until a decision is sent?

Did they specifically say this? What is their date estimate?

Yes, they specifically said this. The date estimate is the last day of April and into the first week of May.

Damn. I completed mid-March so I'm already assuming a WL or no-scholarship acceptance, but still.

I would assume so. Check out how many W/D have been on LSN recently.

N is non-traditional. You got the rest.

That's definitely not a surprise. Those are my numbers and it is the outcome I am anticipating.

Yeah definitely not. I would've hoped that being above one 75th and in between another 25th and median would've been enough. There's usually more to the story than the numbers tho. Law school is a numbers game primarily but other stuff factors in significantly sometimes

Baseless speculation, but I would say the bolded is more true at smaller schools like Vandy or Cornell.

That's far more true for LSAT than GPA. A 4.0 doesn't have as much value as a high LSAT because the latter is a standardized test that all candidates take. LSAT also measures natural intelligence far more than hard work or other factors, which a GPA can be heavily influenced by.

Anything is baseless speculation really unless it's from an adcomm who is talking about their specific school's process. People do get into top 20 schools who aren't above either medians or urms so this must be going on at some level somewhere
