I submitted around 11/4. Hopefully we're in the "may accept without interview" pile.

Here as well. Although my UR1 was 11/25 I believe.BentleyLittle wrote:Same here.BigRedGator wrote:My date was changed to 12/30 but I haven't had any interview requests. My application went complete on 11/7 and I think the UR1 was earlier in December (12/2 or 12/3). Not sure what to make of this?

So I have an interview coming up...any last minute advice? Doesn't seem like there have been any curveballs in the interview, but I'd love a PM if there's anything in particular to watch out for.

Had my interview recently -- no curveballs, I don't think there were any questions that differed from what charlie.black posted earlier in this thread (on page 16). I guess my one piece of advice other than preparing for those is to make sure you've got a lot of questions to ask about the school. My interviewer gave really good but fairly concise answers so I ended up burning through my 5-6 questions pretty quickly.Let It Roll wrote:Would love some last minute advice as well!lastsamurai wrote:So I have an interview coming up...any last minute advice? Good luck to both of you!

Back to UR after what seemed to be a pretty solid interview. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of questions. I did really enjoy speaking with my interviewer though.
I'm going to bet that some decisions come out either the 17th or the 22nd. Looks like Chicago's twitter account is the most solid source of anticipated decision timelines in the past few years.
Good luck to everyone!

I have an interview coming up and just wanted to bump this for any new folks who are checking in post-December LSAT.charlie.black wrote:Reporting back on the interview. No surprise questions. Seems the standard selection is:
Why undergrad X?
Why major X?
Why law school?
What would you do if you were not attending law school next Fall?
What do you look for in a law school?
What person most influenced your decision to go to law school?
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
How would your friends/classmates describe you?
(opportunity to ask questions)
Good luck all!!
Thanks again charlie.black!

Congrats! It's definitely a good sign. They don't interview people who they wouldn't consider accepting. Good luck!emmybee wrote:I just got an interview invitation email (numbers below both medians). What does this mean? I NEVER would have expected this. Good sign? Help!
