Woah, they need a whole committee to read your application?!

I'm just kidding, it's the same. Everyone posting about "UR" has a status that says "under committee review."

Do what? That doesn't sound very appetizing at all.

I live in small-town USA, where your options are either a) Wall-Mart b) Kroger.

Both of them carry B&J.

I don't even acknowledge that the ice cream isle exists when I go grocery shopping.

That seems like it would be a very sad existence...

I know, it sounds crazy, but if you're in a really fatty mood, the sweet and salty crispness of the fudge covered potato chip clusters with the caramel swirl in that vanilla bean ice cream... yummmmmm

PS - rebexness, as you are only the third person I've met who likes this flavor, I have decided we should be friends :D

Haha. Well my suggestion is to skip the gummies on your next trip and get one carton of B&J's. Any of the ones mentioned on this thread will make you happy you did. (Except for Late Night Snack, sorry rebexness and tls!)

I understand, the awesomeness of LNS isn't for everyone.

PS - I love how I'm devoting so many posts to this flavor. What can I say, ice cream is a big part of my life!

I can dig it. Lawyers have a good history with swords...Abraham Lincoln fought a duel with broadswords once.

I applied ED round 2 and as of jan 8th I am under review. Did not submit the why penn because I thought my personal covered it but now I'm debating if I should just go ahead and send it over anyway. Any thoughts/ suggestions? Thanks people.

The TLS thread on "Why X" Essays suggests that applying ED is the ultimate Why essay anyway. It doesn't really matter why, you're committed. That said, the feeling I've been getting this cycle is that schools do genuinely want to know why. So, mixed message I know. Sorry.

All good, I'm just gonna go ahead and do one so I don't wind up regretting this later. (Although if I do get dinged I'll be regretting not sending this why penn essay earlier with my original application.)
