Not sure exactly, nuke engineer but I would imagine you'll hear something soon. Good luck!

I am roughly at 2.1 months and counting. I anticipate hearing word by the first week of February at the latest.
If I don't hear anything by the end of next week, I don't know what I would do.
Does anyone know if Penn send rejections by email or letter?

I'm also past 12 weeks, and I'm still only at UR1 (11/22).andapieceoftoast wrote:As an early Oct. applicant, I'm already past 12 weeks.
Sigh. I guess that's just another reason why this cycle has been soul-crushing.

Almost wish there were an ED-only thread.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably just taking them a while to get to your file in the 12/3 batch. They will get to your file at some point here.gobears!! wrote:Got excited with all the changes to see that I am still stuck at 12/3 whomp whomp
Under review 1, 2, and 3. They are tracking date changes on their status checkers. A lot of people hear from Penn after their second date change after going under review, so people keep track to try and anticipate when they might hear back themselves.residentemma wrote:What do UR1, UR2, and UR3 mean?

Oh, where does it show date changes on the status tracker? I'm guessing mine hasn't gone under review yet because it just says "file complete"...kershka wrote:Under review 1, 2, and 3. Well you are probably a ways off but who knows. It looked like Penn started makings some decisions on RD folks just last week.residentemma wrote:Oh, where does it show date changes on the status tracker? Someone still UR should probably comment since I can't remember exactly what the status checker said but in the status box on the right site of the page, there should be a line that says "current status date". It is the very last line in that box. It never says UR1 etc. People just pay attention to when that date changes.residentemma wrote:Oh, where does it show date changes on the status tracker? I'm not sure where the frustration is coming from though. Penn started handing out decisions on RD just last week right?ConLawNerd91 wrote:+1, except late September.andapieceoftoast wrote:As an early Oct. applicant, I'm already past 12 weeks.

The message at the top of the screen should change when you go UR, as well, I believe. I could be remembering that incorrectly, however.
Yeah, that's correct. The status will say "Under committee review" and then underneath you have "Current status date," which will change when you go from UR1 to UR2.kershka wrote:Someone still UR should probably comment since I can't remember exactly what the status checker said but in the status box on the right site of the page, there should be a line that says "current status date".
