I'm in the exact same boat--my application went complete on 1/14 and was updated on 1/24 with silence since!

Hey guys, I submitted my application this past weekend because they gave me a fee waiver and had a complete on 2/24. I also had a date change today to 2/26 - should I take this as a good sign or is it typical to get multiple date changes on the ND status checker?

I really don't understand what you guys are worrying about. I don't think they operate the way you think they do. Not everything is done in waves; that's only the sentiment on these forums.

Multiple completes is normal. I would expect to wait much longer as most of us have been waiting for a month or more. That is unless you have numbers over both 75%.

I'm pretty sure this is exactly what happened to me. I wouldn't read into it. My guess is that you have at least a few more weeks of waiting, though you may have submitted right in the tail end of a bunch of apps being reviewed and that would increase the likelihood of hearig back earlier.

However, I'm a solid candidate with great prospects elsewhere and I'm still waiting nearly three weeks after my submission for any sign of a decision. I expect to wait two or three more weeks in the meantime.
