Congrats to everyone who has gotten in so far! I've been in review since early January, so fingers crossed!

I heard from one of the kids at my UG that some people have gotten handwritten notes in their acceptance packets? Can anyone confirm? I wouldn't put it passed this guy to be making it up. He's the special-snowflake type.

I got one as well. It was very personalized and mentioned specific aspects of my application.

Oh, that's really cool, then! I didn't realize any schools did personalized things like that. At least, the schools I've gotten into so far haven't. But ND is awesome, obviously, so it makes sense that they would. Ahhhhh this is making me so much more excited to hear a decision!!

Well, if anyone's interested in sharing what their note said, PM me? I want to live vicariously through some of you. (:

for people who were recently wait listed, did they send you an email or did you have to wait for the mail? and if they did send you an email how long was it from the decision made date?

I am going out of town on Thursday and I am so nervous! I just wanna know, I <3 ND haha

Also interested in this. I noticed that in we can appeal directly through the admitted students website, and punch in the amounts of competing offers from other schools. My question is whether or not we should send an email/letter in addition to this, explaining in more detail why ND is a top choice and why we can use a little bit more $.

Has anybody been successful by just doing the minimum and stating your competing offers through the admitted students' website?? Also, if there happens to be a current NDLS student ITT who doesn't minding fielding some PM's about employment, SA's, please let me know !!

Just got the change to "Decision Made" & 3/11/2015 on decision date. Nothing written in the decision status section. No deposit amounts up... I feel like I should expect bad news pretty soon.

I believe the scholarship appeal page says that after submitting competing offers, NDLS will contact you directly to discuss.
