Anyone else still on late nov(or earlier) complete? I don't mind that they went over the 8 weeks, but I'm starting to get genuinely concerned that they lost my app or something. It doesn't seem likely, but still. Would it be inappropriate to call the admission office?

I would (will, if I must) call at the 8 week mark. Definitely. I don't see how it's inappropriate. If you're nice and genuine, they won't think you're being aggressive or rude.
If anything, it shows you really care too.

I've been complete since nov as well. Have you called them?

BTW the 8 weeks doesn't start from the date you went complete, it starts Dec. 1.

I don't think we will get anything else today? Like I think a date change is all we get and then another day we get a date change AND "Decision letter available within 24 hours." Or has someone else experienced different?
Also, I combed through but did not see what typical time between date change and DLA is...anyone willing to share/remember?

Yeah, a date change means they are looking at you, but I haven't seen precedent in this thread for a date change corresponding to a decision. If they had a decision for you today, they would have just changed you to DLA.
