Maybe a little rhyme and reason -- i.e., numbers significantly below both medians don't get PT. But beyond that, doesn't seem to add up. I'm sure they have their reasons, and in theory it's a great idea. But I think having both the fastest decision-making process out there (PT) and one of the slowest (non-PT) just doesn't look very good, now that we're all able to see each other's situations.
