Would love to be a Blue Devil. Worried my gpa is way below the floor, but maybe a great LSAT could make up for that.

Study hard and proud for the LSAT, you owe it to yourself to try regardless of your GPA.

Didn't it just drop from 170 to 169 last year? If so, I think it will probably stay at 169 unless there's another large decrease in applicants.

How volatile are T14 medians? first year really paying attention to all of this stuff.

I do believe there is a chance that Duke's Median LSAT drops to 168, however, I do not think it is likely. Their GPA median is more likely to decline. Anecdotally, I just heard of someone with a 175/2.9 get off the Duke waitlist for this cycle, showing that they are compromising to keep their 169 Median.

Duke had more applicants this cycle (one of only 4 schools that showed an increase in applicants) & they have two rounds of ED & priority track. Part of this is Duke's excellent biglaw placement last several years]. I don't see how their median LSAT or GPA drops. Frankly, they were very well positioned overall (one or two deep splitters will not change it that much).
