If they didn't invite you, I think it just says that you aren't eligible or something. I'm not sure, since I only found out about the page from the PT invite. But it definitely won't hurt to try.JustHawkin wrote:What happens when you enter your credentials in there without an email invite?midwest17 wrote:No, PT is different from waivers. If you think you may have just missed the email invite, you can try putting your LSAC number in here: http://law.duke.edu/prioritytrack/

Same. I'm at 11/6, but i'm more thinking that mine "accidentally" fell into the trash can.

So, for PT applications, does Duke review / send out decisions on weekends, or is it safe to assume the whole 10 day timeframe for PT applicants is 10 business days? My 10th day would be Sunday based on when I went complete.

Is Duke even looking at non-PT applicants yet?

I got Priority reserve on 12/16 after applying PT. My stats are 3.6 175. Do you think this is YP? If so, when should I write a LOCI? Also, has anyone had success with this. Admittance plus scholly? Sorry for the numerous questions but Duke is one of my top choices.

I'd think it's YP, or if not and there was some other reason on the application, I think your stats should certainly be persuasive to them. I was accepted on PT with lower stats. I'd definitely write a LOCI, and I don't think doing so sooner rather than later would hurt. If the YP theory is correct, it allows you to demonstrate direct interest in Duke while your application is still generally in consideration.Dominican_Lawyer wrote:I got Priority reserve on 12/16 after applying PT. Ya ty for the response. It was just pretty unsettling getting PR... especially since it was the first school I heard back from. I will definitely try to get to work on a LOCI and let the forum know how it goes.Serett wrote:I'd think it's YP, or if not and there was some other reason on the application, I think your stats should certainly be persuasive to them. I know this is a day late... But I've had good luck with this so far, and not just at Duke. PM me for details.luckyman17 wrote:I applied in early November for RD and my app has been complete for a while now. I have some friends at Duke who have said visiting the school and talking with an admin officer could still help by showing my interest. Any truth to this or do they generally not consider such things?

I applied PT and got WL'ed in November. What're my odds of getting in at this point (169/3.5)?

Submitted my app yesterday morning and got an application complete email already. Is this a normal turnaround?

Write a strong LOCI. I am not sure if anyone can quantify your odds. Duke seems to be a little harsher about who they are accepting this cycle and PRing and WLing more applicants. But that is just my two cents. Others with more knowledge should jump in.
Good luck!

Does Duke go UR or straight from 'File complete; ready for review' to an acceptance/ WL/ding?

^ There's (at least) a "file under review" status.
ETA: I hear there's also at least some date changes within that "file under review" status. My buddy is on... I want to say second date change? Maybe third? But at there was definitely at least one date change in early Jan. after the initial "file under review" status (late Nov).

Yeah, mine went UR on like the 4th and has a new date from 1/8.sandwich wrote:^ There's (at least) a "file under review" status.

Does Duke tend to stretch out PT apps until the last possible date for the 10-day window? The closer I get to 10 days UR the more anxious I get.
