Yeah, I'm really not sure we can rule anything out.
That said, their e-mail indicated that they might be pushing a bunch of PT decisions back until after the holiday--but that could have just been hedging.
yeah. on the one hand, they've been working through the weekends and I wouldn't be surprised if people got decisions on all days but thursday.

Priority Track. Duke offered it to some people, meaning you get a decision in 10 days after going complete.

Just from looking through the thread, there have been some turnarounds faster than 10 days. Anecdotally I saw at least one 7, 8, and 9 each.
