Negative, I don't believe it does - I heard on the tenth day after going complete; i.e. submitted 11/8, complete 11/11, in on 11/21.albs18 wrote:Do we know if the day that a PT application goes complete counts towards one of the 10 days?

The day I went complete did not count for me! If you include the day I went complete I got my decision 11 days later. Without the day I went complete, 10 days.lawschool22 wrote:I believe it does but I'm not 100% sure.albs18 wrote:Do we know if the day that a PT application goes complete counts towards one of the 10 days?

Long time lurker but PT admit

The rule for calculating the day to expect your decision is to add 10 to the complete date. So complete 11/3 = decision by 11/13. Complete 11/25 = decision by 12/5 (25 + 10 - 30).

In via PT track yesterday at 6 P.M. Was a generic email. Based on some of the other admits I've read about here, it looks like they process and send out some admits in batches at 6.
PT Complete: 11/ 25
Decision: 11/ 3
Feel free to PM for stats.
Best of luck to everyone else that's still awaiting decsisons!

I went complete 11/6 and my status still says "File complete; ready for review". I applied RD, but I feel like it should have changed to "under review" or something by now like all of my other applications have. Any thoughts on what I should do?

I'm complete two days before you and mine says the same. I just thought they were spending so much time on the PT people that they hadn't gotten to us yet?lsatnoob wrote:I went complete 11/6 and my status still says "File complete; ready for review". I went complete 10/31 and went "under review" 11/4. I'm assuming they are going through all of the PT applications to stay true to their 10 day commitment.pompoms wrote:I'm complete two days before you and mine says the same. Notification of admits is done through email. Not sure of rejections.Roberrrrto wrote:Has anyone not PT heard from Duke yet? I applied Binding ED and have been "In Review" since 11/18.
How does Duke notify admits and rejects? Thanks.

I'm pretty pumped about the ASW info...can anyone explain what the travel stipend includes? Are we given a hotel room/all placed in the same hotel (they mention the on-campus hotel for "other" weekend visits). I know it's not supposed to be an all-expense paid vacation of the T14, but it looks like last year $200 was the stipend, and that's not even going to cover a plane ticket.
(yeah yeah first world problems etc)

Where did you get this info? I haven't seen anything about ASW other than the date.nothingtosee wrote:I'm pretty pumped about the ASW info...can anyone explain what the travel stipend includes? Got my pretty package yesterday. It's legit. One of my roommates showed it to me and was like "omg I bet it's an acceptance!!" and was really excited to give me the good news.... I should have went with it and pretended I had no idea what was inside rather than telling her I already got an email...
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
