Good question. Unfortunately I can't speak much to it because 1) 1L summer job recruitment is just starting to ramp up, but won't be at full speed until spring; and 2) I'm a long-time CA resident so geographic ties to the area is something I don't have to worry much about. However, I know that the vast majority of graduates stay in the SoCal market.

You guys are mentioning knowing the date your application went complete... How, since there's no status-checker? Are they sending out an email?

Suddenly concerned my app is not complete.

For people who have been accepted, how long did it take receive a decision after your complete date? I just went complete recently and am wondering if I might hear before the end of the year.

From the looks of things, they seem to send out acceptances at the first of every month. I'd say there's a good chance you'll get a decision Dec 1.
