If there are any large admission decision waves, they will most likely be of WLs and denials.

In last year's thread during FR2, there were very few acceptances trickled about here and there.

Some FR2s were informed of admission even during the big denial/WL wave.

I hope this does not apply this year.

We have pretty good FR2 representation ITT it seems - so hopefully we will know approximately when decisions are made!

For FR1, emails came around 1 PM PT IIRC? Maybe there's still hope!

Just to summarize for FR1 last month:

• Applicants were told to expect decisions on or around Wednesday, Feb 19.
• Acceptance e-mails arrived Friday, Feb 14 at around 1:50pm PT (4:50pm ET, 5:50pm ITT).
• Waitlist/rejections e-mails arrived Tuesday, Feb 18.

Since FR2 folks were told to expect decision on or around this Friday, I'm expecting to see some acceptances either later this afternoon or tomorrow.

Just as you're seeing now--one admit here, one admit there, a couple more the next day.. then a dozen dings an WL. I wouldn't say that the percentage of applicants admitted during FR2 is less though, the pool itself may have less applicants to choose from.

I'm kind of thinking we'll be waiting until tomorrow, but I hope I'm wrong! And I think anytime from 11am to 7pm eastern is fair game. Nice huge window for anxiety to run rampant.
