True. I've seen some TSLers dinged today who had the same UR review date as mine. However, as you mentioned, I could have just missed the cut for this wave, especially since I have not seen too much on here or LSN with people who had UR since post mid-January.

Dates aren't exact.
Point is, no one reported a ding who went UR post 1/21.
Thus those in this camp shouldn't feel special.
