Well, looking at that chart, if you survive the big bloody stalagmite in the middle at least there is a little echo boom of admits that might be coming your way.

Also, I approve of the begging the question discussion. Although the bastardized use is gaining traction, I'm glad there are still purists like LS22 fighting the good fight.
When I posted yesterday that I'd rather be accepted I didn't quite realize I was stepping into the middle of this whole debate thing. Generally agree with the consensus here that "just ding me" is perfectly fine venting and who am I to judge. Seriously I just wanted to add some positivity :)

Also, "begging the question": totally a pet peeve of mine as well.
TLS: Where everything is an argument and the points don't matter.

Not trying to attack anyone personally here, but am I the only one who's incredibly sick of people talking about how argumentative TLS is, or about how unimportant the arguments are? I mean, not to judge, but isn't complaining about arguments the kind of inane, imbecilic thing that ugly people who chew with their mouths open engage in? In my humble opinion, and you're welcome to disagree with me if you're a fool, TLS has zero arguments and all of the arguments that we don't have are about critically important things.

Also, you shouldn't have capitalized the W after the colon. It's not a new sentence is it?! Back me up here LS22!

In an unrelated note, does anyone have any good advice on how to get an ex-wife to take you back or to filter tears out of a glass of scotch?

I'm not sure everyone here will appreciate this as much as I did, but I thought it was straight up 180.

Hearts in my eyes, bom. My eyelashes are fluttering. <3

On an unrelated note, I find that weeping into ones bourbon adds a nice flavor when taken on the rocks. And Yale might even mistake that for an heretofore unheard of level of sophistication which merits admittance.

At least they're not calling to tell us that they came in like a wrecking ball. To our dreams.

Unclear if even this would be a unique enough soft for YLS.

I think if I was I would get into Yale. So…by the soundest of logic, if I get in today then I am Abraham Lincoln.

Does Does anyone else think it's funny that of all schools Yale is the one that tweets about its decisions?

Even though I know my chances are very very small, I can't help but get butterflies in my stomach knowing that calls are going out. Good luck to everyone

I went complete in mid-January so I know there is no way whatsoever I will be accepted in this round. But.
