This. So much this.

If that really causes you undue stress, you realize you can just stop looking at Twitter, right?

Scoobers: ...Yale accepts via phone call :(
Mama scoobs: oh.................................... : (

please tell me this is a hypothetical scenario and not real life!

TIL mama scoobs calls scoobers by her TLS handle.

Wait, I'm confused. Did you really get dinged or is this imaginary?

PS J/K, Asha, of course I get exactly what he means, because I'm a smart Yale-worthy applicant.

PPS Unless you want people who are inquisitive, Asha, then I was totally asking 4 realz.

I think I remember reading that Yale usually releases a big (by Yale standards) wave of acceptances then dings in the first two weeks of Feb. Is that true?

That seems to be at least roughly true based on the timeline graphs from MyLSN:

If last year is any indication there should be a tweet tomorrow or friday morning anouncing when the bloodbath should commence.

That's awesome haha "wicked stepsiblings"?
Best luck to all of you, it does seem that we're heading into a storm soon based on past year's data

Good luck to everyone who has submitted! I'd be satisfied even if I just managed to hit the waitlist.

Apparently you get an email first, then YLS is nice enough to send you a mail reminder that your were rejected.

When I got dinged last year, the email promised this letter in the mail. It never came. I think I was more disappointed that I didn't get the letterhead than I was about being rejected.
