I'm primarily interested in Berkeley and Stanford because they do faculty review with no interviews and no ed, but if people want to throw in Harvard go ahead :)

To answer your question about dings and other schools:

I didn't apply to Berkeley or Stanford, so can't help you there.

In at Harvard, Columbia, and NYU (75k). No other apps.

I'm "decoded" on LSN, if that helps.

Ding dong ding!

It looks like it is for me the bell tolls. Email at 11:01 ET, 176/3.58, applied the day the app opened.

Never thought in a million years that I would be left waiting on Columbia to close out my cycle.

Solid options, Specs. Yale's loss, for sure.
Thanks guys. I feel the same way, Yale just doesn't know what it is missing. ;)

I'm not upset at all. I am super excited for Harvaed and I am glad to have this out of the way so that I can firm up plans. HLS! HLS! HLS!

Using my 900th post to extend my condolences to all the amazing applicants who were dinged by Y today . I would likely be among your ranks if, you know, I'd actually submitted already.

That whole "no one gets into Yale" thing is legit, apparently...

Wow, today was brutal :( So sorry, guys. But considering the quality of candidates that were dinged today, I think it's safe to say that you're all going to have amazing options at that end of your cycles!

Seeing these numbers get rejected got me thinking: If Yale ONLY cared about the medians, how high could they theoretically be?

I vaguely remember reading 177 as LSAT median, but can't be positive if I just made that up or saw it somewhere.

I think they could hit 178 if they didn't care about GPA.

Sorry about all the dings guys. I find the 3.8+/180 dings shocking, honestly.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
