I emailed them an updated version attached to an email explaining that I had recently been promoted. They acknowledged that they had recieved it and would update my file. No problem at all!

Doesn't make a difference. I have heard from some sources that she won't even see it unless it is particularly personalized or unique (in ways bad and good lol).

There are a few of us in here with good numbers, early JS1s, and no JS2s yet.

YEP I THINK THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE IN YOUR SITUATION. PAGING DRAW. IF YOU WANT, YOU CAN CHECK THE SPREADSHEET LINKED TO ON THE FIRST PAGE. THERE IS A LOT OF HELPFUL INFO IN THERE. BUT PLEASE DON'T FILTER IT. IF YOU DO A KITTEN DIES, AS IS STATED IN THE SPREADSHEET OP. THANKS!

Also
JS:
I think last wave was the first time applicants who applied months before either got JS2s or JS1s.
When will the admissions team start re-reading files of applicants who received interviews months ago but haven’t heard back?
JS:
Fear not! If an applicant is no longer in consideration, we will let them know. The fact you have not heard means you are still in consideration.
The nature of rolling admissions is that we are always looking back at people we read and interviewed at earlier points. So, while I know this might feel like a punt on my part, the best answer I can give you is that it will vary from person to person. But as is the case for those awaiting any word from our office, I can absolutely promise that we are working to get answers out as quickly as we can!

Yeah, I've heard that it would just be added to the file and likely never read. But still, I sent one to my interviewer (used the main HLS email account, don't stalk your interviewer and find their email

Yeah, I've heard that it would just be added to the file and likely never read. But still, I sent one to my interviewer (used the main HLS email account, don't stalk your interviewer and find their email). Seems like there's a tiny chance it can help and no chance it can hurt.
Yeah I would agree with this. Very little upside but no downside to sending one in, so why not.

Just got over the flu. Might I suggest, in addition to quil of the day or ny persuasion, garlic pills, echinacea tea, chicken noodle soup, gatorade, vick's vaporub, and a humidifier.

That's not always a bad thing.
I spose I could try to seduce my way into Harvard.

I'm slurping ramen and sitting over a boiling pot of water with a towel on my head. Does that count?
